Ingredients
½ lb oyster mushrooms
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
⅛ tsp cayenne (optional)
1 tbsp oil (suitable for high smoke point)
Directions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F / 204°C.
2. In a bowl, add spices and mix together.
3. Tear or cut the oyster mushrooms into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.
4. Drizzle with oil, enough to coat and mix with spices.
5. Put the mushrooms in single layer and cook for 9 minutes. Check and stir every 3 minutes. Mushrooms should be browned, slightly charred, and crispy.
6. Enjoy immediately with your favourite sides!
