This is a soup is a crowd pleaser. We made this recipe for the St. Marys Soup Crawl and received many great reviews.
You will be able to accomodate a wide variety of dietary needs as this soup is dairy and gluten-free. While the original recipe calls for cashews, if you need to make it nut-free, Cannellini beans (white kidney beans) may be used as a substitute.
