You'll need 1/2 lbs of lion's mane for this recipe. We like more sauce, so we double the sauce recipe.
Prep lion’s mane
1. Heat a pan on the stove on medium-high
2. Dry fry the lion's mane, leave it in large chucks and flatten with a spatula, burger press or another skillet. Press till no more water comes out.
3. Then cut or tear into bite size pieces, more surface area means more crispisiness later.
